Returns

We offer a 14‑day return period, starting from the day you receive your order. Within this timeframe, you may request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be returned in the same excellent condition as received: unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@hannibalbooks.be. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide further instructions on how and where to return your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval, or sent to an incorrect address, cannot be refunded.

Damaged or incorrect items

We kindly ask you to check your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please notify us within 3 working days of receipt so we can assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution.

Please include your invoice and clear pictures showing the damaged item, the packaging material and the shipping label.

Exchanges

To receive a replacement item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item first. After your return has been approved, you may place a new, separate order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at orders@hannibalbooks.be.

Pre‑orders

Certain titles are offered as pre‑orders prior to their official publication date. By placing a pre‑order, you reserve a copy that will be shipped as soon as the book becomes available.

Please note that publication dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to production or distribution circumstances.

Changes and cancellations of pre‑orders

If you wish to make changes to a pre‑order (such as updating quantities or shipping details), we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible at orders@hannibalbooks.be.

Pre‑orders may be cancelled free of charge up until the book becomes available. Once processing has started, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.

If you wish to order a different title instead, the quickest solution is to cancel the original pre‑order and place a new, separate order, subject to availability.
