Orders placed before 12:00 (CET) are shipped the next working day. UPS shipping from Belgium, tracking included. Customs fees may apply outside the EU.
Pre-orders are shipped as soon as the book becomes available. The estimated availability date can be consulted on our website hannibalbooks.be.
Please note that publication dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to production or distribution circumstances.
When ordering multiple items, the shipment will be dispatched once all items in the order are available.

Territorial restrictions
There may be territorial restrictions on our ability to sell or deliver to certain countries due to carrier limitations, customs regulations or international sanctions.
Orders cannot be placed for destinations where shipping is currently unavailable. If your delivery country is not selectable at checkout, please contact us at orders@hannibalbooks.be.
Customs, taxes & duties
All orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place) via UPS from our warehouse at Katoen Natie, Belgium.
This means that any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or local handling fees imposed by customs authorities or carriers are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Customs duties, import taxes and related charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Hannibal Books has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance, as they are determined by local authorities in the destination country.
If the recipient refuses to pay these charges and the shipment is returned or abandoned, any additional costs incurred (such as return shipping, customs fees or destruction costs) may be charged to the customer or deducted from any refund.
This typically applies to deliveries to non‑EU countries, including but not limited to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and other destinations outside the European Union.
Tracking your shipment
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will automatically receive a tracking link directly from UPS, sent to the email address used during checkout. This allows you to follow your shipment in real time until delivery.
